Friendly and accommodating staff. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Conveniently located travel agency. Allowed us to store our bags.

Spent my xmas break in a hotel and enjoyed every bit of the experience. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage without any extra fee. the location was great - just a short walk to the city centre and hot water was always available. the rooms were spacious and the king-size beds were comfortable.
